While looking at some known Mopars in a yard, the story of a group of young automotive enthusiasts and friends who decided to whip up a 1 of 1 mystery Super Car was divulged.
The following pictures are a matting of all three above mentioned vehicles. The Roadrunner unfortunately is only represented in physical appearance and attachment under the Fury and not in digital glory yet.
As I figure some folks here are like “WHAT?” and “WHERE?”, is this story going.
In a nutshell, the ‘64 Fury has all the suspension and exhaust manifolds of the ‘68 Roadrunner attached to the 413 of the ‘65 Newport.
Pictures of the 413 was limited because the hood was so thin it lifted like a piece of cardboard, curving/bending while being pulled up.
Please note the hood pins, old school!
