Interior Hoses; heater and fresh air vent

I am in the process of updating some interior problems. Is ebay the only place to get the replacement hoses (under dash) for heater/defrost? Also, what are you guys using to replace the fresh air vent hoses? I am not finding a source on those. Custom made?

What I got.
All the tubing is normal tubing you can buy by the foot.
The fresh air intact duct is huge and you can find that diameter in places that sell
flex duct for sawdust exhaust in shops.
