ISO - Reliable, yet affordable body work in DC Metro Area?

Hello!
I am looking for a reliable yet affordable body work/paint person. Don't need show quality, just a few rust patched and a repaint. This car is driven and kept outside so don't need a Barrett Jackson job!

I live in Falls church VA and can get the car anywhere within 60 miles to drop it off....
basically needs some rust patch behind rear wheels. strip, sand, prime and repaint or whole car.
Don't trust any of the bodyshops near me. Would prefer to get a person who does this on the side at their own home/shop. Let me know of you can think of anyone.

I would be interested to see what you find. I will be in the same boat once I get the mechanicals done on my car and am ready to tackle the rust issues.

I live in Herndon so one thought I had was to take it to a restoration shop in Sterling and at least get a quote. I am sure they will be higher than average but maybe the quality will be good. I don't know....they have mixed reviews online - it is Hardcore Hot rods in Sterling.

It would be nice to find an independent guy with a home shop or something but in this area with the real estate prices so high....you are probably looking at West Virginia or at least a 100 mile radius.
