Thank you @shooter65 for posting the tag of PH29K1D303262 -- late build, nice set of options. @69CoronetRT will note that the remote mirror is coded G33 -- my Newark, DE-built 1971 Monaco is not coded similarly.
I sent another message to the seller asking several questions but the only thing that the seller told me is that the car has 129,000 miles, that he paid $7,000 for the car and his price is firm.

It looks like respray evidence to me, but I'm not a paint and body guy.
The lack of movement seems to be a result of the seller's own behavior plus the 29 roof. 360 engine is a real plus besides the color/condition.

Yes it's a respray. Judging by the gloss and depth in the picture it was done in Base coat /clearcoat so certainly not original.

I have to agree with you Steve. While the roof line is a negative to some the overall condition and lack of any customization sure to me makes it a great deal for the price. Heck, basket cases dragged out of the woods are going for $3500.
Above the sticker on the right you can see where the old paint had peeled off and the new paint was sprayed over the old flaked paint.

I believe I saw this car on CL about 5-6-7 years ago, was in the Akron area, and was 6000-6500 at that time.
IIRC it had some flaky paint, so that would fit in with the repaint we are seeing here.
The Akron car was blue/blue, narrow side trim, Road Wheels, and 360 - It surely is the same car.
