Junk yard save

Let's see the trim tag.

Looks like a 78.

Cool car for sure!

Not sure about anything special yet.
I don't have time to decode but will when I return after the weekend.
Awesome that no one has removed the inspection tag.
Two tags, so it has some extra options for sure.

The vin number will be stamped on the passengers side oil rail just about in the middle of the motor. It will be a flat boss that has a letter, a number and the 6 sequence numbers that match the vin sequence. Should be D7250155
The trans will also have the vin sequence stamped on it.
You will need a flashlight and to be on the ground under the car to see it.
I usually use my phone in conjunction with flashlight and get multiple pictures of the pad after scraping off the grimmey oil.

Another Formal T&C in South Dakota.

I actually like that color. (P)Y1 was called Jasmine Yellow. That hue was my absolute favorite during my childhood; I would have truly gone bananas if I’d seen this one when new. (I think the color looks great with woodgrain.)

I am planning on keeping as original as I can. It looks like the interior could have been two shades of yellow....front door panels are faded different than the back ones and would have the dash and pillar been a different shade?
