Mazda ad, starts from bottom of page, then expands and takes over

Anyone else seeing this recently?
It starts as a banner across the bottom, nothign unusual about it.
Then it expands around the border, and then takes over the whole screen.
After several attempts, I have yet to find an X or down-arrow that actually reduces it.
It takes over the page, and need to refresh to get the page back.

I run duck duck go and have never had an ad on here.
On news outlets, there is a blank spot where an ad would be.
