Been making some repairs and improvements to my 2002 F-350 that I have had for about 2 months.
Some of the work has been to replace some cobbled / crummy things and the others are to repair things that disappear or fail in a 20 year old vehicle.

so far:
Front license plate bracket
Power door lock actuators and ajar switches
Door bottom seals
Power door switch (driver’s side rear)
Headlight and parking / side marker assemblies and headlight / grille mounting bracket
Trailer electrical mounting bracket and receptacles
Running boards
Wheel opening trim and mud flaps
Secured tailpipe
Fuel filler neck
Fuel filter
Key in ignition sensor
Jack handles
Bed cover
Charged air conditioning
Balanced tires (PO had balancing beads in the tires)
Front end alignment
New lug nuts
New spare wheel and tire
Tailgate latch stud collars

Emergency brake cables *

I still have to finish the emergency brake work as the indicator doesn’t illuminate and the brake actuator mechanism in the caliper doesn’t move.
I also need to do some serious investigation into the check engine light as no fault codes are shown. I also need to replace the coolant surge tank.

The truck runs very well and I am pleased. Small drip at the rear main seal, but no other leaks.

better check the rear backing plates. my rh side rotted away and the ebrake got all tangled up inside the rotor.
