Most plants used screws to attach the tag.
One characteristic of the Belvedere plant (Full size Dodge and Plymouth during that era) is they used rivets to attach the tag. Yet...there are certain time frames during certain model years they used screws and not rivets. So finding a Belvedere plant tag with rivets is common and expected. Finding a Belvedere plant car with screws may or may not be correct depending on the year and time of year. It's just one of those quirks we find with a little research.
