Here’s my newest one. I’ll post more pictures later but here’s the tag.

Congrats on acquiring CM27K9C272851 -- lots of 1969 Chrysler 300 convertible owners on FCBO, including @david hill

Would love to see photos of this mighty T5 'vert!

Here's from the add. I'm headed to Vegas to pick it up next week. I was going to go this weekend but decided to avoid all the Annular Eclipse traffic. I couldn't pass it up for the price and the fact that I've never owned a convertible. Supposedly in one of the boxes is a Legendary Interior kit.

Ought to be beautiful when it's all back together and running!

Enjoy the trip out and back,

Congratulations! Bring that 70 Charger R/T back for me, please.
It's sold. He has a 71 Super Bee he thought he had sold at 23K but the guy saw the RT and offered him Crazy Money, so he sold it. He was planning on keeping it. The weird part is he is a Chebbie guy. He is also listing a Plymouth Superbird for a gal at 150K, Sublime green. I just wish I had money....He still has the Super Bee. If it was a 70 I would have to think about it. I just want to look at it.

Stan: You've been here before with a much worse situation. . . This project would be easy for you.
Rip, the last few years have been rough on me. I have days I wouldn't be able to change a fuse...
If there's another toy in my future, it's going to have to be 100% turnkey.
Any 6spd Hellcats out there for 10 grand?

I got the car home yesterday. I only gambled away $5.00. The whole interior and trunk is packed with parts. We put the spares in the back of the truck. Interior kit, carpet kit, 4 instrument clusters, new seat backs, armrest's, kick panels, trunk kit, fender trim, 2 extra radiators and the list goes on. I think I could have sold it to a guy when we fueled up. He was surely interested. More pictures to come. This one will probably sit until spring while I finish some things on my Monaco. My Mopar guru buddy that took me down there says the new interior stuff is worth what I paid for the car. I need to go through and inventory everything before I park it for the winter.
On the cool side I got to check out a Sublime Green Superbird and a 71 Super Bee.

Quick update....I looked through the parts and here are the highlights. Of the 4 instrument clusters the only one that would work shows 54,700 miles. The original instrument cluster is set up for a select tuning radio while the NOS bezel is set up for a thumb wheel radio. 2 washer bottles, an extra headlight motor, 2 window motors, 69 wiring harness, a NOS 300 grill emblem. There was more but these stuck out in my mind.
I'm sandblasting the front wheels and painting them black today. I'm putting on WSW Tornel 235/75/15 tires. I got them on sale for $80.00 a piece. When the car is roadable I can always use them on my 5th Avenue beater. The tires on it are weather rotted bad. I couldn't believe that they didn't explode when we boomered the car down on the trailer.
My friend is giving me a 70 New Yorker for parts so life is good.
More to come
