You can usually take the tank to a radiator shop and they can solder the perforations, possibly using an exterior patch piece of metal, but given the placement of the holes in the particular tank, that might cause some other issues. Might be worth a try.

Not sure why the difference in '66 and '67 tank listings. That part of the car is pretty much the same from '66 to '68 models, from what I've seen. The filler neck removes from both of those tanks. Rated tank sizes were the same for the non-station wagon vehicles.
There are some other online eBay vendors that sell the Spectra Premium fuel tanks at similar prices (a few with free shipping). Possibly somebody at one of those vendors might have a better answer to your question? Please advise of how it works out. Some of them seem to be "Mopar specific" in what they sell.
