Ngk racing plugz in ah 440

Anybody running NKG R5670-8 in their RB 440s? Regular gap iz .035 for most 440 plugz, but out of the factory box these NGKs don't measure even close to that. So that I can share the fun with my friendz here. I payed for NGK's last May and got Auto-Lite's and only 3 of the 4 on the right bank still have the electrode on them after 550-600 milez of running since last July and they were set at .040 az close az I can tell:soapbox: I just pray that the #6 hole barfed out that electrode 'cuz ah magnet iz not finding it after fishin' fer it. I now know how this factory trained wrench haz made ah living all these yearz. I just can't believe he hasn't run out of one time customerz in hiz community? Lemme know if you've got ah goon # for setting these NKG R5670-8s PAHLEEZ, Jer
 
Jer, the gap is suppose to be .032" on these plugs.

BOB....YOU DA MAN! That'z what the gap measures BTW. In my little pea brain I just refused to believe they were sent to retail that tight. Somebody pahleez buy this good man ah 24 pack of St. Pauli at Carlisle next month and send me the bill for full reimbursement + interest. Jer

I always check the gap myself...unless Walter P. gapped the plugs himself. LOL!
