This is a steal!! incredibly cool 66' New Yorker Hard Top with the 7.2L 440 Big Block Motor. Runs and drives very nice. Miles on the motor are unknown since the gauge cluster stopped working, but the car starts right up and drives and shifts nice and smooth. From staggered billet wheels with new staggered tired and 4 wheel disc conversion with controllers this New Yorker has the looks and equipment so that will need to be finished. Receipts included on all repairs.

I think you will find it is NOT paint...
It looks more like a peeling wrap....

Whatever it is, I think it could be completely removed with a bit of elbow grease. Whoever is responsible for that interior needs a slap though! Tires and rims are easy to change...
