Not these days. Invaders have absolutely ruined Colorado. My ancestors settled CO before statehood (1873, statehood 1876), I'm 4th-generation Coloradan, and as such, I'm appalled at what it's turned into since 1995. Breaks my heart, truly.

Title service = Title washing.

That's why Broadway Title and similar enterprises can't do business in 25 States. Other legal ways are available. Seller should provide a title, regardless, if a car is in a title state. I know people who've gone through Vermont to get papers, so that is an option. I'm interested in this, but the seller seems to not want to return contact. His loss, I guess.
