So he said it does not run so why post pictures that are how old with the car running. Too much of a gamble for the price he is asking for a non running car.

I agree, the price is to high for a non-runner. It appears to be a nicely optioned car - they popped for the 400 engine, tilt wheel, power seats, Cruise Control, upgraded premium Wheel Covers, the light package (turn indicators on the fenders) and tinted glass (an indication of A/C) . Time for a Lean Burn - Edlebrock carb swap. A very comfortable riding, good entry level C-Body, if the mileage is accurate.
