I haven't seen it before but judging by the license plate it came from Texas. Wonder if someone drove it here from Texas and it broke down here. That would explain why it's at a tow yard.

Maybe that was the motivation to pay the storage.
Not sure how many days they have to wait in Arizona. Up here by the time they can sell it the storage would eclipse the value many cars.
