I think I still have the box and wiring in a box somewhere. It was on a 66 Fargo van with a custom purple paint job.
Came off my 2000 Dakota R/T
I had a CD ignition, sold at Radio Shack as a kit. It was also sold by Heathkit, before they merged with Radio Shack.
Ran with the stock points and even had a switch on the side to bypass it.

One of these passed through my hands. Had a Chrysler part number and was blue (best pic I could find). It came with a pile of parts I bought and I sold it to someone who knew what it was. They used these in some NASCAR and I believe that the R023 and W023 cars used them, but I'm not sure.
Is it just me... or does this look suspiciously similar to a dura-spark ICM?
