Does anyone have any experience with Original Air or another company that they would recommend using or staying away from?

I used Classic Auto Air to restore the entire factory AC system for my '65 300. They did a good job but it wasn't cheap, north of $1,500.

Who are you asking? If me, no. Auto Temp wasn't available on a '65 300. They rebuilt the compressor, rebuilt the heater control valve, restored the under dash unit including a new heater core, new high and low pressure rubber lines, flushed and pressure tested the condenser, new expansion valve and receiver/dryer.
