Paint codes

Looking on the web today, I came across this site: www.paintref.com
This might be old news to some, but the site is pretty detailed with year by year paint colors for just about any car. Some links on the site include factory sales brochures too.

Great site, it is where I was able to find the code for the special order "CHP" white. It is well documented that is DQE-8000 but the paint places had no clue, it didn't match any application. With this site I was able to find out it was a 55-56 GM fleet white along with paint codes for the various paint manufacturers.
