He was a US citizen born in Chicago. He purchased the guns legally one month before the massacre. His parents are Pakistani immigrants. He is a college graduate. He went on line to find a wife. He went to Saudi Arabia to meet meet her. She was here on a "fiancee" visa.

The first bearded speaker of the house in 150 years said to the media that we are debating ways to prevent the mentally ill from legally purchasing firearms. He also stated that those placed on the no fly list have not met the due process that could be used to deny citizens the constitutional right to purchase a firearm. Anyone can be placed on the do not fly list.

In the USA, legally speaking, your doctor has the same obligations as any holy man. They cannot divulge details of your confessions of any criminal intent. The caveat is that if they do, it cannot be the sole reason for your prosecution at trial and they can be held liable. That is the hurdle the speaker has to jump.

I held a FFL for a while to collect curio and relic firearms. It is the same federal agency that licenses gun stores. A simple application and pay the fee. What the feds check is unknown to me. I do wonder why anyone would legally sell a firearm to someone that is obviously unbalanced as can be easily observed by their bug-eyed appearance, now refusing a sale based on religion would present a different approach.

Religion appears to be behind several of these mass shootings. I tend to think spewing is the blame. Spewing all the memes. Spewing is the result of photoshop and digital photos. The 21st century version of the political cartoon. After all, spewing seems to be the favorite way of zealots on facebook.

Their whole method of Operation are to breed among us.

Now we're finding out the quiet couple at the end of the street are radical Muslim terrorists.
I had a FedEx delivery today. The driver looked Muslim. I should have killed him right there.

H...He purchased the guns legally one month before the massacre. His parents are Pakistani immigrants. He is a college graduate. He went on line to find a wife. He went to Saudi Arabia to meet meet her. She was here on a "fiancee" visa.....
That should have raised all kinds of flags.

The dead male shooter was described as a "devout Muslim" and on his LinkedIn page he writes that one of his past times is "reading religious books"....
Muhammad directed Muslims to wage war on other religions and justified the use of terror to bring Islam to dominance. ISIS fundamentalism is not a distortion of Islam rather it is an informed, steadfast adherence to its fundamentals.

I've been trying to get people to understand this for YEARS! They are not "radicals"; they are following the evil Koran to the friggin' letter! The so-called "moderates" sit back and let the so-called "radicals" do the dirty work for them, and applaud the efforts. It's sick.

People don't understand the origin and subsequent history of the Koran.
To really over simplify it, it was written by a mad man who had hallucinations and was considered insane in his time. His writings were forgotten about until they were republished years later. By that time, the writings were pawned off as the work of a genius and the radicals latched on to it like the KKK latched on to their crazy manifesto.

That's a huge understatement. I worked at a plastics company making fuel tanks for hummers and tanks, etc. The tanks for the civilian hummers we sold for a little over cost. The same tank sold to the military for over 3 times the price of the exact same one going into Kip and Buffy's new H2. Just like the $300 hinge on the airplane that cost less than $3 at the store. Formally unlimited funds are now just mostly unlimited funds.

Found this online today, it really says it all:

Can a Muslim be a good American?
This question was forwarded to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years. The following is his reply:

Theologically - no, because his allegiance is to Allah.

Religiously - no, because no other religion is accepted by His Allah except Islam (Qur'an 2:256).

Scripturally - no, because his allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and the Qur'an.

Geographically - no, because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

Socially - no, because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

Politically - no, because he must submit to the mullahs (spiritual leaders) who teach the annihilation of Israel and the destruction of America, the great Satan.

Domestically - no, because he is instructed to marry four Women and beat his wife when she disobeys him (Qur'an 4:34).

Intellectually - no, because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.

Philosophically - no, because Islam, Muhammad, and the Qur'an does not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist! Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

Spiritually - no, because when we declare 'one nation under God,' we are referring to the Christian's God and not Allah.

Therefore, after much study and deliberation, perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both 'good' Muslims and good Americans/Canadians; they cannot and will not integrate into the great melting pot of America.

The religious war is bigger than we know or understand. Muslims everywhere have said they will destroy us from within.
