Despite the terrorist attacks in Paris and the fact that one of them was from this group of refugees, our new PM and government has just announced that they fully intend on going ahead with bringing 25,000 "refugees" in to Canada and completely screening and vetting them by the end of the year. That's only a month and a half!

Hmmmm, I tend to lean the other way (what have you done to me lately) I seem to recall in 2003 when we were trying to assemble a coalition to bomb the muslims in the middle east. France response; "we will not join in military intervention that did not have international support." "We believe that military intervention would be the worst solution.". (remember the whole freedom fries thing) So I say, they invited them in, they can choke on it.
So we go in there with a bunch of our troops and get a bunch more of them killed, and for what? As soon as we leave, the Muslims go back to the same ole, same ole. And then we have to keep our troops over there forever? Bush and Cheney certainly did us a disservice by getting involved in the first place under BS pretences. Having a coalition doing the fighting at least doesn't leave us carrying the whole ball of crap like we usually do, costing us billions, while other nations watch. I'm OK with the current path, but I wouldn't let anyone in our country personally when the potential for the few crazies to be among them is very real.

One of the reasons I am not so keen on admitting more refugees into the U.S. besides the obvious one, is that I don't hear enough from the current Muslims in this country condemning what is going on in the name of their religion. Why aren't they speaking up condemning the acts being perpetrated in their previous homeland under the guise of Islam? And then they come to this country and start demanding their rights to their way of life. I read this kickback to their behavior in a town in Canada, and thought the response was appropriate given the issue before them:

The municipality of Dorval was right to refuse any concessions to Islam and Sharia.
"For Muslims who disagree with secularism and do not feel comfortable in Canada, there are 57 beautiful Muslim countries in the world, most of them under-populated and ready to receive them with open halal arms in accordance with Sharia.
"If you left your country for Canada, and not for other Muslim countries, it is because you have considered that life is better in Canada than elsewhere. We will not let you drag Canada down to the level of those 57 countries."
"Ask yourself this question - just once: "Why is it better here in Canada than where you come
from?" "A canteen with pork on the menu is part of the answer."
If you came to Canada with the idea that you will displace us with your prolific propagation and eventually take over the country, you should pack up and go back to the country you came from. We have no room here for you and your ideology.

Number 1 is two separate issues. One, if you are basing your claim on rolling back ISIS territorial gains in Iraq then you would be pretty much right. On the other hand, if you are talking about the thousands of moles that could be scattered about the world then that would not be true. Yet, how do you go about ferreting out all the moles? Even the CIA could take years to find a mole in their own backyard.
Number 2 I agree with. It is always American soldiers that wind up going in. Well since Europe is threatened then NATO must be involved. That means COMBAT troops from all NATO members. None of this "we will supply support soldiers. Now maybe France will supply combat soldiers but will Germany? My guess is that Merkel will bow out of this. What about Belgium, Holland and the other Scandinavian countries? Italy? Poland? Austria? Anyone want to make a guess. If they don't then why should the U.S. shoulder the burden for protecting their country here? Russian and US soldiers in a joint operation? That would be something to see since Russians have no problem with genocide when it comes to winning a war. They understand the way you win is to destroy the other side with a meat cleaver.
As for number 3 I would put a hold on refugees for the moment. I would definitely eliminate all single males between 16-40 from the list as they are the most unstable bunch in a group of refugees. The bigger problem comes when the refugees move into their enclaves and have children. It is those children who can become the bigger danger. Belgium is facing that now where Brussels is 20% Muslim and has enclaves where they have separated themselves and no Belgium walks into. Some of the bombers came from this area and are native born. However, Belgium allowed this so they reap the whirlwind. Germany is sowing the seeds for the same thing right now.

NO,NO,NO! Paris is just a setback! It's easy for Obama to say, while he sits secure in the White house he has the whole Secret service and the U.S.Military protecting him. What will he do when 20 Guys decide to Hit the malls on a Saturday somewhere? oh, their none of his relatives, or friends. So? What about US?(Peons) But, He Is deporting Christian Iraq's without a second thought.
Hillary wants more refugees than Obama has agreed to let in the USA!

So is this a book from ISIS or something else? It isn't a book of Islam (the Koran) that is generally accepted right? I think context is important when posting something like this. Or are you saying there are various versions of the Koran, one that is sanitized for Western consumption and the "real" one? Who would accept any of them if they really believed the latter? Something doesn't add up. Maybe I need to investigate on my own and try to determine where the truth lies.

Read the book yourself, if you don't believe me. The passages above are directly quoted from their book. The "true" Koran is the version written in Arabic. ALL other translations are considered to be not "true" Korans. This is why in various madrassas around the world, regardless of the local language, the students are made to read the Arabic version. They may not understand it, but they're gonna have to recite any particular passage in Arabic.
The Koran (in Arabic) is written chronologically. All translations are from the shortest book to the longest book. A passage could read (for example) "Thou shall not kill anyone" in the Arabic version, and later on, you may read "Slay the non-believer". The later passage supersedes the earlier, in all instances. However, in translations, you may have no idea whatsoever which was written first! That's why the Arabic version is THE word, no matter what. ISIS follows the book to the letter! They are NOT radicals, but fundamentalist Muslims in the strictest sense.
I might add that their book of hate call for our deaths at least 136 times.

He simply get to the police station to make a loss certificate and he get news papers back...
