Pretty sure you're Right, I Bolted the "Disc Brake" Pedal of a 69 Plymouth into a 59 Dodge Custom Royal many years ago.
I am continually Amazed at how Little Chrysler changed in Mechanical "Design" unless they had to.
The Discs from the 69 bolted straight onto the 59 Drum Brake Spindles.
