Emblem from a Polara 440, unsure of the year.

The 440 could be a trim level, or engine call out. I'd guess it's from 64-67. Definitely not '69 or later.

There were a few "440" models that Dodge did in the middle 1960s or so. NOT related to engine size or when RB440s were in production.

Correct, there were also 330 models, too.
And Valiant 100s and 200s.
Chevy even had a 300 model of the Chevelle/Malibu at some point, so ebay will throw those into your Chrysler 300 search when it feels like it.

My Canadian '65 4-door Polara (with a slant-6) had a badge like that on the front fenders, rectangular, but the "440" did not extend outside the rectangle.

Must be. I've only ever seen them on Canadian cars with the Plymouth dashes.
