Not sure what engine this is from. It turns freely. The pulley has a slight bent area. Take a hammer & tap it back straight. $30 plus shipping.

I have a lot of pumps. I bought out a local demo guy. He didn't tag what he took them off of though making it tough to ID

Here are some close ups. Also I stand corrected. The pulley does have a bend in it. It can be straightened by just tapping with a hammer. The pulley does turn straight. Does not wobble
