When I am turning. I can cruse down the road, no problem. When I am pulling out of my drive way onto the street.I'll ask some follow up Q's as you don't say, and nobody else has asked.
Does it squeal when the wheel is in the centered position, or when the wheel is turned to the lock?
That'll help narrow down getting you a definitive answer for you and not shooting arrows in the dark! Good Luck

Just when your turning, or when it's turned fully and hits the stop, or just in a slight turn?I have topped off the fluid.
Only near close to the stoJust when your turning, or when it's turned fully and hits the stop, or just in a slight turn?
How low was the fluid and how much driving was done while it was low?
How nasty looking, and smelly is the fluid in the reservoir?
Your either looking at a loose belt, or a bearing issue depending on your answer to the above. Good Luck
Going to the Dollar Store for a turkey baster! I will report back. You have a Turkey baster?? Otherwise stick your finger in there and get a finger full, does it look burnt, dark in color, have a burnt smell to it? You never said anything about the belt, is it old, how loose is it, etc.? I have to dig out my FSM and look at the troubleshooting guide unless you have one and check deeper.????
