Interesting - 8 mile drag racing!???
Somebody forgot the H, I'd say someone's getting fired but they are probably putting that flyer together for free so. Hard to fire the free help.
Understand. Common problem with our society, lack of attention to detail
I can understand running an 1/8 mile for safety and cost of parts for blowing up and crashing. They are only going an additional 40 mph when racing 1/4 mile. 205 mph in 1/8 mile is pretty impressive too. Plus they aren't spending hours cleaning up the track when they blow up or crash when running a 1/4 mile.
They have so much MPH by the 330, it is really amazing for a full bodied car. Everything after the 660' mark is just using up parts. Those races are usually all but in the bag by the 330' best you can hope for as a spectator is they are within a car of each other at almost 200 mph and 660'.
Yes I know they are not production body pieces or even close (save your breath).
Bob's buddies car at least is recognizable as a 1st gen camaro. Matt Hagen's Funny car does not look like a Charger, no matter what the sticker says.
I would love to see the innards of one of those 959" engines.
