Proportioning valve?

I have oil coming out of the warning light plug on my proportioning valve and my Mc is losing oil from the front sump and over filling the rear sump.
Replaced mc. Is this port supposed to be dry?
W the plug out and as soon as I touch the brake pedal fluid comes out.
No leaks anywhere on car, disc drum, all parts new replaced last dec.

No, the switch measures the difference in pressure between the front and rear brakes. So yes there should be fluid there.

But it should not be leaking and sounds like your fluid is moving through it and showing up on other side of master. I would replace it, brakes are nothing to penny pinch on.
