At $16,500, it's definitely 'for sale' and not 'on sale'.
Does seem a Canadian-built as the doorpanels are definitely NOT US-type.
IMO the underhood shenanigans (paint color on alternator hardware and PS pump, and the air cleaner decals) detract from what is otherwise a very elegant 4dr hardtop.
