Does anyone know what rear axle this is?

If this is something that is going to be driven, be sure to get rid of the copper brake line, very dangerous.

good catch on the copper brake line, lol I had to look at the pics 3-4 times to see that little portion sneaking out on the pic :thumbsup:
 
I learned that about 5-ish years ago there is a new coating on brake lines that gives them a copper appearance, but are in fact DOT approved.
Apparently in use in EU for quite some time, not widespread here yet.
I had to eat crow in that discussion - so verify what is there for sure. Presumably a magnet-test is sufficient.
Either way, it might behoove to get new tubes from Inline or some other vendor.
 
Copper is also not pressure rated to take brake operating pressures and could potentially blow out.
