rear disc breaks on a 68 fury III

I heard that I can replace my drum breaks for disc from aGrand Cherokee 1998-2000 if this true please let me know on either way

I did a rear disc conversion on my wagon a few years ago. I had bough the parts many years ago for another project...that I no longer have. Anyway I figured since I had everything I should at least use it. Well I plan on swapping back to my old 11x2.5 rear drums very soon. Just not impressed with the rear disc set-up.

As Commando and 67-Fury mentioned...it really is not needed. If you want good rear brakes upgrade to the 11x2.5 or 11x3's....that will give you all the stopping power you need.
