reclining passenger seat

[69` c barge]

Hi All, hope someone can help, I found a 69` 300 reclining passenger seat that wanted to put in my 300 ( cool option to add) however after a closer look it`s for a 4 door so it does not have the lever to recline the seat forward to get in the back seat , can I use the hardware that I have in my passerger seat now and tranfer it to the reclining one. I know there is a chrysler guru out there . Thanks:car flipper:
