At the asking price, it looks good and clean for the most part.
 
AaaaYup wot'da hell happened to the rear bumper? Run out of masking tape & paper? Or is this some stoners idea of cool?

It must the trend. If you notice how the new pick up trucks come with a "chrome" front and rear bumper or painted polymer one. Maybe it was cheaper to paint than rechrome?
 
If serious you would have to do it front and rear and make it a one Piece affair including the lower valance Panels and no visible heads of the tightening bolts.
Personally, I'd skip the Endura look anyways of course.
