Return spring for brake pedal?

Would you guys know if there is supposed to be a return spring that holds the brake pedal up on a 66 Fury? I'm still having issues with the brake system on my car. SSBC has been great, but we still haven't figured it out yet.

Anyone have a diagram of the power brake pedal assembly for the 1966 Plymouth Sport Fury that you can post?
