$1500 obo. Great parts car or ambitious project. Complete besides carburetor and radiator. It has a 360 v8 that turns over. Super cool car, it does have rust as pictured. It likely could be fixed but it would take a lot of effort. I have a folder full of paperwork from the previous owner but unfortunately the title seems to have been lost. Located in Conroe Texas 77303.

Do they park these cars with the windows open and then leave them?

Sure seems that way.
Maybe they put a hose inside the car and water them for a year or two.
