Something I forgot and my wife reminded me of is that tires that old usually have weather cracking that increase the potential for lose of air. Unless you use nitrogen instead of plain air you will have a loss of air of about one lb a month. Especially during the winter. The older a tire gets the greater the potential for not holding air and blowing a side wall. That's why these company's like Big O won't work on tires older than 10 years.
