SOMEWHERE IN CANADA

I was checking out a used record store when I saw this album, I liked the cover photo. I was wondering if anybody recognized this place. The album is from 1978, the name at the bottom of the motel sign is Sapiniere.

I see lots of French so probably in Quebec, possibly a motel in Sapiniere Quebec. With a 1978 date, it's very unlikely to still exist since motels tend to come and go very quickly, especially if new highways change traffic flows.
