New paint (with flake) , 22" after market rims and tires

Also have original tires and rims

New Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb and intake
New steering wheel and still have original one and original carb
new carpet and headliner
New interior
Needs clear coat and wet sanded

Is he saying needs clear coat and wet sanding? As in put clear coat on then cut and buff, or clear coat already there but cut and buff? I would hope it is the second option and not the first since it would already be too late for clear coat. The roof shot shows heavy orange peel so maybe the clear coat is there but it will need a heavy cut before buff. Just the buyers luck there may only be 1-2 coats of clear.
 
Initially it looked great. Studying it slowly it stinks of a whole lot of Mickey Mouse half-assed fixes.
 
I've had better results with lambskin roller. And I stay away from fresh repaints about all the time if the bodywork is not documented. Dash and the replaced seat cloth is a turnoff as well.
 
Yep....I'm seeing all the discrepancies everyone is pointing out.
