steering wheel screws

When I got this 66 New Yorker a few weeks ago the PO gave me the cracked original lucite steering wheel with it. He put a wood grain Grant wheel on it. I have now repaired and painted it, but I've found that I'm missing at least three teenie tiny thread screws that hold the big chrome horn ring on. I imagine there are some sort of rubber isolators that go on them as well. Anyone have a pic of what these are? I was going to just to go to the hardware store and figure something up since ebay has nothing for me.
