The last C-body convertibles are turning 50: Time for birthday parties!

Oops, if I did so, then it was a typo and I am sorry for it. Look forward to seeing pics of your car on the road. Planning on making it to Carlisle for the 50th anniversary of our 'verts?
Ayilar, no worries, just pleased to get help. Not sure about Carlisle, but I plan on the Mopar Nats in Columbus, usually in August.

Well, here are at last a couple of birthday pictures. There were five 1970 C-body verts at Carlisle today: three Polaras (@polara71, @71Polara383, and mine), one Newport (@c-barge), and a modded Fury III. Not a bad showing given Covid!

Today is the last day when Regina, the FQ3 Light Turquoise Polara 'vert that I bought from @Tobias74 earlier this month, is 50. Tomorrow is her birthday (i.e., her SBD was October 31, 1969), and she'll turn 51. So, to celebrate, I worked super late last night so that I could drive her almost 300 miles through Illinois this morning and visit @BLIMP and @71Polara383 on my way to the airport.

Along the way, her odometer turned 101,010.1 miles.

PS: the temp gauge bears witness to the low outside temps in the early morning; the speedometer overstates speeds by about 10%.
