Just needs a freeze plug, a couple of dollars, and a driver's fender from Pick n Pull.

Yep the plug costs $4 to buy but the fender won't be found anywhere in a Northern California Pick n Pull, not ever.

I have a good car for sale registration is current, pink slip in hand, the engine is excellent has a new tune up, it just needs a new freeze plug which is only about a few bucks and it has an electrical short that needs to be fixed and it needs a new quarter pannel that you can find at pick n pull. Other than that its still a great car, not bad for $1000 or best offer call today!

Steering is broke where the tilt connects to the column. That's the only issue the seller mentioned.
