trade 2.5 acres punta gorda for old Mopar
No pics

I have a 2.5 acre parcel between Ft Myers and Sarasota. Just off 41, close access to 75. Zoned AG, which means, pretty much whatever use you want. Great investment for future! Willing to trade for an old Mopar. Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler. Let me know what you have in mind. Thanks very much. Might throw in additional properties for the right car/parts, etc.

Actually, the 2006 boom down here is rearing its ugly head again.
And Punta Gorda actually is a nice area. Median age is about 91. Lots of 3 year old Buicks with 5k miles on them. Out in the rural area where I'm guessing this land is, you could probably store 50 cars and no one could see them.

Graham: you never have to put your car away for the Winter here. . . :poke:

Here is a pic of the property, woof!

I sleuthed from the CL add, using the center of the circle on the CL map it shows.
If I put my location in a CL ad, CL places the center of the circle at Sebring City Hall ten miles away.
I try not to live at City Hall. . .

The circle is on Jones loop road and doesnt really touch any other roads, here is a pic from the other side but on the other end of that road. It all appears to be pretty typical methinks.

Stan's right... nice enough area. I would suspect it's unbuildable land for some reason... perhaps landlocked with no roads... there are communities that never materialized like that in rural area's... find out real quick all you could do is camp on it.

Punta Gorda was hit Very Hard by hurricane Charley in 2004, the aftermath set off a real estate frenzy of sorts as apparently the real estate speculators of the world love a natural disaster that also bulldozes for you.

I contacted the guy about a more detailed description.
We're going south sometime soon although that area is a little further then we had planned. It's also not storm friendly, but is a nice area. Will see.
I'll let you know what I find out.

That's great, Will. I'll be anxious in hearing in what comes about of your findings.
