I certainly do......
My feelings are it depends on the car and it's application. An original car should be held in check with correct replacement parts.
A car that needs work and is slightly modified is open to options.
As far as metal is concerned, it needs to be original. My 71 was a driver and a fun car to do anything with? I could stomach the pin holes in the floor.

My girlfriend asked me why I don't "finish one car and then do the next one". I didn't have the heart to tell her they will never be "finished", always something to upgrade. My cars fall under the need work description, and I love that. Good luck Stan.
