That one was rather boring and could be summed up with, "how to hold up traffic to brag about the fuel mpg your getting". Just drive the damn car and quit staring at that guage. Use it to tune the car then back in the box. If your really heavily modified drive with it and tweak timing curve and power circuit, back in the box.
