I guessed France, but didn't think Marseille (aside, on the Mediterranean .. beautiful down there, no idea where this is in the city).

I guessed a Town & Country (given the side panels) , but didn't know the year of the car. Still looks to be circa 1950 judging by the other cars on the street.
