For local folks, east-siders in particular, this location has a long history.
Opened in 1954, its growth and decline mirrors the story of Detroit and suburbs, the original shopping center sign reflecting the American story (less than 10 years after WWII). Venerable brands some of us grew up with (Federals, Cunningham's Drugs. Kresge (K-Mart), Wrigley's, etc.,) long gone.
A bunch I have run across/saved. 1920's to 1940'a (judging by the vehicles). Last two look like same lady/car (1941 DeSoto)

Always interesting .. a couple pics from 1940's with babies/toddlers who, if still allive, would be their 80's, let alone the adults possibly over 100 years old.
