I'm pretty sure the 70's Dodge truck caliper adapter/brackets are the same.
I was at a yard with a friend when he grabbed a set, only the caliper adapter/brackets not the spindles hubs or rotors.

You can also use a set from a 73-74 E body. Not sure that the geometry works out right with the F,M,J body spindles, but a lot of people have used them. They might work better with 10.87" discs vs the 11.75". Not sure about the truck spindles.

Thanks man. I'm just looking for the spindles though from an A body.

and I'm definitely stuck on looking for the 11.75" pin type brackets from 76-78 B body
