The fender tag is a metal tag about 2" x 4". It is located in the engine compartment either riveted or screwed to the inner fender on the driver side.

Welcome and nice looking car.
Please note Elizabeth, the fender tag on your car is found on the radiator support near the battery, it will have a bunch of three digit numbers and letters on it. If you take a pic of that, then we can work out what you car originally was built with. Cheers.

Ao i ran it with make and model and it is telling me that only a 2 door hard top coupe can have the 383 cid 290 but mine is a 383 convertable

This is what the fender tag will look like. And when running the numbers, if it comes up invalid switch the o' and zeros.

VIN decoding from the 1970 Parts Manual. You can download the parts manual from mymopar.com

As you can see your VIN PM27L0D126629 would translate to:

P – Fury
M – Medium which is also the Fury III in 1970, PH = Sport Fury, PP = VIP, PE = Fury I, PL = Fury II
27 – Convertible Coupe
L – 383
0 – 1970
D – Belvedere production plant

The Fender Tag will be located on the radiator support. When looking into the engine compartment, it will be to the right of the radiator.

It will look like this.

Notice the VIN is on the bottom right of the VIN tag that you can see on the dash through the windshield.

If you take a pic of your fender tag, some options can be decoded from it. If you find the broadcast/build sheet, it will give you all the information that the factory used to build the car.
