    OldChargerGuy is retired and single. As his call name suggests, he is partial to antique Dodge Chargers, but he never would have dreamed that one day he would own both of the Chargers that his older brothers owned when he was a boy. Thomas sold his 1966 Charger to OCG in 2003. Andrew sold his 1968 Charger to OCG in 2015.
    OldChargerGuy learned to drive in 1975 behind the wheel of a mighty 1968 Imperial Crown hardtop sedan. He is seeking to own a fine example of the same car.
    Other interests include his children and grandchildren, teaching mathematics, the study of ancient literature, reading of history and psychology, and appreciating the fine arts of classical music, theater, and opera.

    Welcome from the Great White North. Your story sounds very similar to mine in terms of your desire for an old Imperial. For me, it was my dad's triple black 1972 Imperial. Similar interests too, aside from cars - music, drama, fine art and history. I am also looking for a PERFECT (by my tally sheet) 1968 Charger.

    BTW (and forgive my ignorance) but isn't WV a bit of a cultural desert?

    Welcome from the Motor City.
    ’68 Chargers might just be the best looking Mopar of all time.

    @OldChargerGuy Welcome from Virginia!
    Culture or no, you guys were the smart ones at the start of the Civil War.
    We made a mistake and, after a year of debate and dishonorable actions by some men to force the issue, went with the confederacy. Our state got destroyed.
    I have been to West Virginia. Good honest people and no high-brows either. Down to earth generally speaking. Welcome again, Ben

    Welcome from the Keystone State. How about some pictures of the chargers.
