Folks. Found these in my C body area. 14 inch-ers, don't know what year, what car, or even if C body.

They are pretty beat up/centers falling out of a couple (tangs in back are missing for those --- lower left/upper right covers) BUT may be of use to someone trying to put together a good set?

thanks for a reply in advance to anyone with any insight.

We took 15 inch wheels off the '68 300 I parted out out years ago...but these covers MAY have been on that car originally? as i think about it, when i got that 68 delivered it had NO wheel covers on it.

once again, it took under 15 minutes for you eagle eyed experts to figure it out. thanks!

an aside... 14 inch wheels though on a C body in that era seems "smallish ... though i know its true of course.

my 67 CC has 15 inch wheels .. always thought that was the "standard" wheel size for a car that big. guess not.

Yeah, the earlier cars were standard with 14s. My 66 300 included. They were on it when my dad bought it, nice original wheel covers and all. These cars were fitted with quite large diameter bias ply tires which are about twice as expensive as commonly available radials since they are low production volume re-pops. I loved the way it looked, but it's big money just for the right look. My car is no museum piece.
Travis..

The 15" inch wheels were standard, if you ordered disc brakes.14" wheels don't fit the Chrysler discs, at least they don't on my 67' that has the disc brakes.
