I can picture monks brewing a batch of Dopple Bock.
They do make beer there and have been for hundreds of years!
Lake Shore Park was built in 1880's by Frederick Law Olmstead. He built Central Park in NYC. He also built the World Exposition (World's Fair) in Chicago in 1893. He also built 100's of other things from coast to coast.
