I still have the 70 300 convertible and im, again looking to sell it. I am lowering the price to 15K FIRM. I tried to restart the thread from 2019 but it is locked? That thread had all the photos etc. I will try to get the photos reloaded or maybe an admin would unlock the original for sale thread?

@challenger -- very nice car, GLWS. This is a rare 1970 TNT 'vert (I recently bought one and have thus far found just 19 survivors, out of about 130 made). For those interested, here is the original thread regarding CM27U0C229501 :

For Sale - 1970 300 convertible

@marko @boostedvan @dh23t @70 Droptop @antonellomopar @Tobias74 @c-barge @GT dave @fc7_plumcrazy @david hill @Ripinator @furyfinn @sauterd

Thanks. The car is amazing but we just never use it. There is literally not a spot of rust under this car and the body is completely dent and repair free. The motor runs perfectly too.

I can see the black top with the red, but it originally had a white interior according to the fender tag, so I think white is appropriate. I'm going white/white with mine and it was originally black/black.

Another cool thing about this interior is the rear seat armrest. Anyone else see that in a 300?

Then it all makes sense.

Given the red gut, it should be a black top.

The top is white. I had a brand new top installed using the original style material however it was put on too tight. The top is a PIA to close AND a few stitches have separated.
Realistically a top is a pretty inexpensive item and I'm sure this one can be fixed for small$.
I'm not trying to misrepresent this 300. For what I am asking this car is a steal. It's a survivor that's in incredible shape. I honestly don't believe there is another like it for even 10k more money. If anyone here can't appreciate the bargain I'd like advice as to where to advertise it on another site.
Thank you.

It is great that you are listing the car here first, and I hope that a member buys it.

This said, if no one bites in the next few days, I would consider Hemmings. In anticipation of such a listing, I would take a ton of high-resolution photos that show the car at its best (in good light and with a nice background, nothing to detract from attention like the core of another car or a pile of wood boxes...), and answer all the questions that a potential buyer might have (good or bad). Then, list it on Hemmings and see if you have better luck.

Some members have sold cars on Hemmings, and hopefully they chime in too.

GLWS!

Thank you.

I think it's gorgeous! I would have preferred everything left as it was built but I'm not buying. I'm a Polara guy. It's gotta sell for that, gotta!

I always start my advertising with Hemmings and work out from there.

Beautiful car. Fair price. I like the black and red combo. Different. If I had the $ I would drive it home. Good luck with it
